This course is recommended for University personnel interested in learning about the hazards of lead and lead-containing products.

Description

This course teaches about the hazards of lead exposure if lead-containing materials are disturbed. It teaches how to identify the characteristics of lead and sources of lead exposure, recognize potential health effects, understand employer responsibilities in minimizing exposures, and identify good hygiene practices to stay safe.
