Intended audience

This course is required for University research or teaching laboratory principal investigators (PIs), chemical hygiene officers (CHOs), instructors, and supervisors. Training is required initially. The Laboratory Safety Compliance Online course is a prerequisite for this webinar.

Description

This course teaches about common laboratory hazards, provides guidance on risk assessment, and reviews best practices in the laboratory. The course includes time for conversation around specific safety issues, and it provides documents and tools to support the laboratory in maintaining a safe workplace. Learners will receive a link to the course session in a reminder email.
